Who: Northeast Students, Grades: K-5th
When: September 22, 2023
What: The annual Northeast Elementary PTO fall fundraiser will take place September 1-22, with 100% of donations raised going directly to our school. This could potentially be our only major fundraiser for this school year!! All children will participate in the Jag Jog race and festivities, regardless of donations. An envelope will be sent home with your child to collect donations with a return date of September 20, 2023.
All students K-5 will receive a free t-shirt from the PTO for Jag Jog/Leader in Me!
Where: The event will take place at Northeast Elementary.
Why: This event will provide funds for the following initiatives: Items for classrooms, recess items, support our teacher stipends; 5th-grade celebrations and t-shirts; all class parties; staff and teacher appreciation; classroom literacy donations that include various subscriptions; and social events.

CORPORATE MATCHING GIFTS
Many employers generously offer matching gift programs to benefit local public schools. Because Northeast Elementary PTO is a tax-exempt organization under the provisions of IRS code 501(c)(3), we are able to receive matching contributions from employers. Some of the companies that make matching donations include:

The requirement for the matching portion of a contribution varies by employer. Employees wishing to donate to Northeast Elementary PTO (501(c) 42-1393344): should send their contribution, along with their employer’s completed Matching Gift Application/Grant Form to Northeast PTO (send in with your Jag Envelope). We will certify the gift; forward the initial donation as designated by the donor, and file for the matching funds to the appropriate institution.
If the matching institution is not one of the above listed companies, the donor is asked to provide a copy of their company’s program requirements. Matching funds will be handled in compliance with the company's program.
